This year, we laid the groundwork for stronger collaboration through our new Partner Program. With a steadfast commitment to interoperability, we grew our adoption of FHIR as the industry standard for healthcare data interoperability.
Partnership with OceanMD
In 2024, we solidified a partnership with OceanMD, which helped bring OceanMD’s eReferral and Patient Engagement products into Profile.
The eReferral product allows for seamless, efficient referrals between healthcare providers, which ultimately leads to quicker access to care for patients and a reduction in administrative burden for clinics.
We also successfully integrated Ocean’s Patient Engagement product into Profile. This integration allows for enhanced communication between healthcare providers and patients, streamlining appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up care. By empowering patients to take a more active role in their healthcare journey, this integration improves overall patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Partnership with Mutuo Health
In 2024, we solidified a partnership with Mutuo Health through a transformative partnership with Mutuo Health Solutions, further strengthened by HEALWELL’s strategic acquisition of the company. This partnership highlights our commitment to innovative AI in healthcare. Mutuo Health’s AutoScribe platform transcribes clinician-patient interactions into high-quality electronic medical records in real-time using natural language processing and machine learning. With a strong patient privacy framework, AutoScribe helps reduce administrative burden and improves patient care.
By integrating AutoScribe with Intrahealth’s proprietary AI-enabled decision-support tools, we’re developing a next-generation suite of AI-powered physician co-pilots. These tools are designed to optimize workflows, improve physician efficiency, and empower healthcare providers to make more precise, data-informed decisions—ultimately enhancing the quality of care delivered to patients.
