Intrahealth provides training programs to help users develop and deepen their expertise with both Profile. Whether conducted in-person or online, our training programs empower you to utilize our products to their maximum capabilities.
Training Resources
Our Intrahealth Education & Training specialists will collaborate with you to assess your needs and create a tailored learning plan, ensuring your team feels confident and empowered to use the Profile effectively.
We offer:
Virtual Instructor-led training sessions: Delivered by Intrahealth subject matter experts and give learners the ability to interact with a trainer and participate in a Q&A Period.
Training plans: Access a range of materials, including comprehensive Knowledge Base articles and instructional videos, designed to help you learn best at your own pace.
Team Classes – Virtual
The ideal solution for geographically dispersed teams. Share training with up to 12 team members online. Since the class is conducted specifically for your team, all questions and content are tailored to your needs. Please note that we request 8 – 10 business days upon approval of payment to coordinate and accommodate your chosen dates and times.
On-Site Team Training
On-site team training is a perfect immersion program to ensure up to 12 team members receive in-depth knowledge of the Profile platform simultaneously. Since the class is conducted specifically for your team, all questions and content are tailored to your needs. Choose any two half-day classes or one full-day class from our standard curriculum. Please note that we require at least two weeks to plan and coordinate logistics for your chosen dates following receipt of payment.
Virtual Public Classes
Join an Intrahealth online instructor in a WebEx class with other learners worldwide. Each interactive class is delivered live online, offering hands-on exercises via virtual labs. Students use their own devices and are advised to test for successful connectivity before class time.
