Subscription agreement - Amendment
Intrahealth is a supplier of software solutions to healthcare markets around the world, and the Customer wishes to subscribe to and or alter the services provided by Intrahealth. This subscription agreement sets out the commercial terms on which Intrahealth will supply, and the Customer will subscribe to, those services. Unless we agree otherwise, this subscription agreement applies in addition to Intrahealth’s general terms of use (general terms), published at https://www.intrahealth.com/termsandconditions, which set out the general terms on which Intrahealth supplies its services. Words and phrases that are defined in the general terms have the same meaning in this subscription agreement.
Appendix 1
Services, modules, services and pricing schedule
The Software comprises: Profile for Windows version 9.0 or above (a commercial off the shelf software application) and subsequent releases made periodically available and used under the terms of this agreement. The Software definition may be extended to include specific licensed modules, integrations and other software applications made available by Intrahealth through a License addendum or a separate Statement of Works (SOW) signed by the Parties
The Services comprise:
- Profile for Windows (Cloud) (including desktop app, web and mobile access)
- Support.
- Maintenance, including future Releases.
- Help Desk during business hours.
- Help files and topic sheets
Such documentation that may be supplied to the Licensee from time to time
Costs
